Please provide locations on the resume. Prefers ASAP Start date. Contact should be one year. Job Summary is hiring a Senior Associate Scientist to join the Clinical Immunology group. This is a laboratory position within the Clinical Immunology group performing routine cell-based assays to backss the immunogenic risk of early candidate molecules. Today, is advancing the largest early Oncology pipeline in our history spanning several innovative technology platforms - Bispecific T Cell Engagers (Bi TE®s), CAR Ts, Bispecific Antibodies, Oncolytic Viruses, Neoantigen Vaccine and Small Molecules across many targets and more than a dozen tumor types. Key Responsibilities: Preform PBMC and DC-T co-culture experiments aimed at identifying T cell epitopes and backssing immunogenic risk of therapeutic candidates. Analyze data, document in ELN, and present data to key stakeholders within the clinical immunology group and to cross-functional teams. Assays will include ELISPOT and flow cytometry readouts to measure T cell activation and proliferation. The selected candidate will possess the ability to follow protocols as well as troubleshoot and improve upon existing methods.
