Job Description: A large national FM and maintenance company are looking for an experienced M and E Engineer to be based at a large static site in Fareham. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working Monday to Friday. Benefits: Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP38,000/: per annum Hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) Holiday: 22 days + 8 bank holidays (increases to 25 days) Pension scheme No on call Overtime available Free parking on site Requirements / Qualifications: City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification 17th edition or 18th edition Experience working in commercial facilities maintenance : 3 phase, emergency lighting, fire alarms, multi skilled experience Mechanical experience Day to Day Duties: Pre planned and reactive maintenance Emergency lighting 3 phase electrics Fire alarms Sprinkler systems PAT testing Mechanical equipment : fans, pumps, motors, plumbing Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
