We are a long-term and good standing, family-owned Ford Dealership in Mississauga looking for an Automotive Service Manager to help manage our busy service department. We are looking for an individual who wants to grow with the organization and eventually assume the role of Service Manager and Fixed Operations Manager. Our Current Management is very experienced and looking to mentor a dynamic person to assume the role when retirement calls. What will make you a great fit If you are customer-focused and enjoy solving problems and taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions If you dont know the answer, youll dig for it until you find it If you are patient, level-headed, caring and cool under pressure If you have leadership skills and a willingness to learn Job Description Support Service Manager as required Help direct the service department in all facets Supervise and assist the Apprentices and technicians to be effective and efficient. When necessary open and/or close facility Perform quality control inspections ; which may include road tests Motivate and train Apprentices and Technicians Assist Sales department and Parts department on any technical service need Participates in Service Marketing programs Help facilitate the shop cleanliness Responsible for accountability for RIO and documentation to Customers, as well as internal, warranties, etc. Motivate the staff Follow and live our Core values or Teamwork, Respect and Integrity at all time.
