Customer Service and Sales Coordinator Industry: Manufacturing Location: East Wight Hours: 40 hours per week ( worked flexibly between 7.30am - 6pm)Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Permanent Duties: Account management of a portfolio of customers, tailoring and delivery of high level service to client requirements, including: Proactive communications via telephone, video call and email, Processing enquires, quotation and orders to agreed timescales and targets, Updating and maintaining supplier information and customer order books, Advising the client on lead-times and delivery of spares, repairs and technical support, Production of reports and where required collation of information to support projects, Liaison with all internal departments and provide cover for other members of the team where required. Experience: Must have previous experience within customer services including sales and purchasing as well as the desire to exceed expectations. Must have excellent communications and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail. Must be able to work proactively, on own initiative, as well as part of a team and be driven to achieve targets. Must have a good level of computer literacy on MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word. Previous experience within the manufacturing sector or a good technical aptitude is an advantage.
