Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records Address and resolve guest concerns, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations Oversee reservation activities, including room allocation, rate management, and reservation modifications Ensure guest safety and security by adhering to hotel policies, monitoring access to the hotel, and reporting any suspicious activities Provide guidance and support to the front office team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest reservations and payments Ideal candidate Previous experience as a Receptionist in a Hotel, ideally as a Supervisor or Team Lead Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software. Impeccable attention to detail.
