They are a leading automotive organisation offering luxury vehicles and bespoke modifications to customers. The Role: Your role involves customer engagement, expertly guiding them through new and used vehicle purchases while delivering enthusiastic vehicle presentations. Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, walk-ins, email, and online chat. Offering and explaining associated services such as financing, insurance, and accessories. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation for sales. Providing comprehensive knowledge of different vehicles, their specifications, and features. Conducting vehicle demonstration drives with customers. Continually updating customer files and engaging in in-dealer prospecting for new business. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previously worked as a Car Sales Executive, or in a similar role. At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the motor industry. Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles. Understand financing and have basic mathematics skills. Must be at least 23 years old. Valid driving licence. Shifts: Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6:30 pm two days and midday to 9 pm two days Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm Alternate Sundays: 10 am - 5 pm Don't miss out on this great opportunity to join a reputable automotive brand, apply now.
