Property Management Accountant - Mayfair, W1S - £50,000 My client is a commercial property consultancy offering the full range of property services, with an applied specialism in retail and leisure. They are on the search for a Property Management Accountant. The main purpose of the role manages their Client’s property demand and invoice processing, assist with all property financial duties and credit control. Property Management Accountant - Mayfair, W1S - £50,000 My client is a commercial property consultancy offering the full range of property services, with an applied specialism in retail and leisure. They are on the search for a Property Management Accountant. The main purpose of the role manages their Client’s property demand and invoice processing, assist with all property financial duties and credit control. Main Duties Process all property related supplier invoices onto Tramps and pass to Head of Finance for payment. Reconciliation of service charge statements for all the properties AGL manage. This task will include preparing a file of supplier invoices paid, correcting any miscoding’s on Tramps and preparing the reconciliation service charge spreadsheet that calculates if our tenants have under or overpaid service charges for the year. Check if ALL tenants in client properties have paid rent/other charges on time. Prepare all rent transfer sheets to be paid to our clients, pass to Property Manager to sign off and then pass to Head of Finance for payment. Arrears management for all client properties, which will consist of reviewing Tramp’s arrears report on/around due date and liaising with the tenants for non-payment over the phone, email or via letters. Update Property Manager on any arrears so they can intervene with the tenants/client as and when necessary. Answering supplier queries for our client properties. Updating Tramps with new tenancies or following rent review or if new properties are added. Ensuring all rent service. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
