They are looking for a B2B Telesales Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities: Making cold calls to potential clients using provided leads to promote accounting services. Managing email campaigns to engage potential and current clients effectively. Execute strategies for promoting additional accounting packages through upselling and cross-selling. Achieve and surpass monthly KPIs and sales goals consistently. Develop innovative marketing strategies and plans. Adopting a customer-centric approach. Requirements: Previous experience of at least 1 year working as a B2B Sales Assistant. Skilled in telesales techniques. Ideally you have worked in a similar envieronment. Exceptional customer service abilities for fostering client relationships. Authorization to work in the UK.
