Roles and Responsibilities as an HR Advisor: Dealing with a variety of ER Issues such as long-term sickness, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, attendance issues etc. Processing weekly payroll hours and preparing KPI reports Supporting Managers with Employment Relations and absence management cases ensuring they are in line with policy and legislation. Onsite Recruitment; writing job descriptions, finding suitable candidates, advertising the roles, and reviewing applicants. Assisting and developing a variety of campaigns e. g. employee welfare, recruitment, site updates etc I would appreciate seeing CVs from people who: Have worked/currently works in one of the following roles: HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Specialist, HR Consultant or People Advisor etc. Has worked in one of the following relevant manufacturing industries e. g.
