Assistant Maintenance Manager Location: Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Salary: 3,000 a month Perks: Benefits, Bonus, PTO, Airfare, Phone, Gym, Accommodation, Visa Assistance About the client: I have teamed up with a luxurious resort located in The Caribbean. They are committed to exceptional service and offering guests an unforgettable experience. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee the resort’s maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all the resort’s maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and kitchen equipment checks Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are completed promptly and correctly Assist with the training and management of maintenance team members Report and document all maintenance requests and action items Coordinate and work closely with external vendors for major maintenance repairs as required Always comply with legislative regulations related to building and equipment maintenance and safety Schedule and perform routine inspections of restaurant facilities to identify and prevent issues occurring Assistant Maintenance Manager Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury resort Technical background Ability to prioritize tasks Superb organisational and time-management skills Relevant degree is preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with vendors If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today About COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
