Duties: Conducting training sessions for telesales staff. Implementing strategies to monitor the performance of the team and department. Providing effective training and feedback for manufacturer mystery shops. Ensuring the team is briefed on manufacturing changes and recalls to ensure clear communication with customers. Leading by example by providing support in booking service appointments for customers. Cultivating positive working relationships with service managers to optimise revenue and workshop opportunities. Driving business growth through sales and maximising profitability in the service departments. Analysing team and department performance and generating daily and weekly reports. Ensuring customer records and the company database are up to date using reports from the telesales software provider. Overseeing targets for service plan renewals and focusing on customer retention. Conducting monthly reviews with the telesales systems provider. Requirements: Previous experience in a comparable role with team leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate a team of telesales advisors. Strong focus on driving business growth through maximising sales. Natural aptitude for empathising with customers and engaging in meaningful conversations.
