The firm is well known throughout the area and has built up a strong client base through several decades of quality service, meaning it is an ideal role for anyone looking for a commercial property role that will provide you with a brilliant range of clients to work with but not compromise on your work life balance. The role A broad ranging commercial property role, you will work alongside experienced solicitors and have the opportunity to work on a range of matters, such as sales and purchase, lease renewals and property developments. You will have plenty of client contact, the firm prides itself on its client care and you will have the opportunity to liaise with clients on a regular basis. You will not find yourself working long hours in this role, providing employees with a work life balance is key to this firm. The candidate The firm is ideally looking for a solicitor with 3 or more years' experience in commercial property. However they are also willing to consider candidates from experience outside of this range who have commercial property experience in their training contract. You should have excellent interpersonal skills to help build rapport with the firms existing client base and help expand it through business development.
