The shop is a mainstay for the local area, offering a broad range of NHS and private services from repeat and new prescriptions to interactionual health care and pregnancy testing, healthy living consultations, and seasonal and travel vaccinations in a convenient location close to local amenities and bus routes. The team works hard to make this bustling, vibrant place as welcoming and accessible as possible for all members of the community. As an ACPT, you will play a vital role in supporting the Pharmacists and keeping the shop running smoothly – using your fine-tuned skills to safely and effectively assemble prescriptions, dispense medication, resolve queries, and ensure each visitor has an easy and straightforward experience when accessing shop services. This is a permanent, full-time 37.5h position for an Accuracy Checking shop Technician ACPT. Part-time may be considered for the right candidate. Candidates will have: Active registration with the GPh C as a shop Technician. Previous experience as a shop Technician / ACPT. Accreditation as an Accuracy Checking shop Technician.
