The Role: As an Associate Director with development management background, you will be handling applications, appeals, and site representations. Giving prompt and meticulous focus to projects and clients is a vital responsibility. Duties: Lead and manage projects and clients, reporting to Office Directors Win new instructions with a significant level of responsibility. Supervise and support junior professional staff on individual projects. Engage in marketing and business development activities, leveraging existing contacts. Provide exceptional planning advice and strategy while handling and conveying risks Requirements: Previously worked as a Senior / Chartered Town Planner, Town Planning Manager or in a similar role. Possess at least 7 years of experience in planning practice. RTPI Membership is required. Proficiency in IT tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
