Director of Food and Beverage Location: Milwaukee, WISalary: 150,000 - 180,000Perks: PTO, Benefits, 401k, Relocation, Subsidized Housing About the client Are you a dynamic and passionate leader with a flair for creating memorable dining experiences I am excited to have teamed up with an esteemed hospitality group in Wisconsin, they are looking for an experienced Director of F&B to oversee their hotel and restaurants food and beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the food and beverage operations and ensure the highest level of service for their valued guests Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities: Oversee the food and beverage outlets at their 5-star hotel and multiple restaurant locations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, health and safety Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth functioning of service and upholding the highest quality standards Ensure all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally Recruit, train and lead the food and beverage team Establish and foster a great work environment for the team Review financial reports and develop strategies to help maximise profitability Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas including food and beverage operations, guest relations, labour costs, food costs, sanitation and preparation Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the food and beverage department and increase sales The Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience in a 5-star setting Ability to build and lead a dynamic and diverse team Demonstrates financial acumen with excellent communication and organisational skills Displays a passion for culinary excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences Maintains a polished personal appearance in alignment with company guidelines Interested If you are interested in this F&B Director opportunity.
