About the Opportunity The East Coast Forensic Psychiatric Hospital (ECFPH) Rehabilitation Service has a provincial mandate to work in partnership with clients and assist them to move toward recovery by obtaining the skills and supports they need to be successful and satisfied living in the community of their choices, while assuring public safety.
