Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates I'm currently working with a brand new hospitality group, who have very, very exciting plans for the Dubai & UAE market. They have recently launched one of the cities most exciting eateries, and they have plenty more upcoming in the pipeline think beach clubs, new restaurants etc. The group are now looking for an experienced HR Generalist, who long term can step into a potentially group wide role. At present, you will have 1 direct report. However, this number will rapidly increase over the coming months/and into 2024. It's pivotal that this individual has prior experience operating within the Dubai/UAE market, and for that reason we can only consider candidates based in-country at the moment. Responsibilities: Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections. Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records. Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities. Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities. Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly. Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
