We have an exciting new role within our Engineering Site Team as a Mechanical Site lead Engineer to facilitate the engineering activities that take place on a day-to-day basis on various work sites and ensure the successful completion of the contract under your supervision. Ensuring activities undertaken on sites are carried out to the highest practicable safety standards and delivered to programme support the demands of the growing business in liquid and powder process solution equipment, consumable supplier to the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy and utility industries throughout the UK. Qualifications / Experience· Recognised mechanical engineering qualification NVQ City & Guilds· Engineering experience including a supervisory role managing people. · Working knowledge of HS&E procedures Io SH· Experience within the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy, and utility industries · Must hold UK driving licence. Main duties· To ensure that permits are received and completed in accordance with site rules and regulations. · Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes and variations, subcontractors’ attendance, and records of work-related discussions with client. · To maintain records of time and expenditure on site· Ensure.
