The Candidate Previous administration experience within a sales function is preferred. Ideally from a manufacturing background Strong customer service skills Have confidence speaking to range of people on the telephone. Well versed in IT skills for example Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel A keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy especially figures when producing documents and inputting data. Ability to priorities own workload Ability to use own initiative. Be proactive, punctual, and reliable. Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude. Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Role Answering the phone and responding to high volumes of emails Responding to customer requests in a timely manner Organising deliveries with suppliers and keeping customers updated Corresponding with both customers and suppliers Raising quotations and enquiries Processing orders Maintaining good customer relations Monitoring customer accounts Processing and creating Invoices.
