As Credit Controller your job will be to ensure the administration for credit notes and outstanding debts are recorded, finalised in an accurate and timely manner. The Candidate Experience of working within a Credit Control/Accounts Receivable environment Knowledge and experience of MS Office and accountancy software Outstanding attention to detail with an ability reconcile complex accounts. Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Accurate, efficient, and organised with the ability prioritise tasks as needed. Professional, confident, and diplomatic when liaising with others. The Role Raising credit notes Managing customer queries via telephone/email Liaising with Sales Team Chasing outstanding debt Sending out overdue letters Responding to a high volume of enquiries via phone/email Produce monthly statements. Open new accounts Receive customer payments. Attend monthly aged debt meetings. Monitor accounts inbox.
