Business Development Manager – Growing Snack Business – London – Up to £50k My client is an exciting and growing SNACK business in and around London. The company offers a fantastic range of snack products and are showing signs of exceptional growth. This client has a fantastic ethos and a commitment to progression and development with the ongoing growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for securing new business and maintain current accounts. The Business Development Manager will be heading up the London area and will need to use existing contacts and connections to grow the business, whilst also working with the senior team to develop the product. The role will require passion, drive and ambition – along with a fantastic understanding of the ON TRADE businesses in London. Would be perfect for a Junior Sales or Business Development candidate Business Development Manager responsibilities Securing, developing and growing new business whilst maintaining a strong relationship with current clients. Networking is key. Proactive management of sales into existing accounts and new accounts, whilst ensuring budgets and targets are achieved Support and direct Marketing, PR and events as required. Delivery and implantation of tastings, training and consumer understanding Follow up customer care and ongoing client retention, alongside business support The ideal Business Development Manager Candidate: Experience in the drinks or snacks industry is vital, along with a good understanding of the London On Trade market Strong network of contacts across the drinks industry Proven track record in customer relations, snacks and sales goals. A confident self-starter and self-motivator – relationship and results driven.
