About the Team The EMEA Payroll Product Management team is looking for an experienced leader with Payroll and Product Management experience to join us on our exciting journey and drive continued growth and success in the EMEA region. About the Role We're seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of taking products from idea to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is a " hands on" people-manager position where you will lead inbound PMs to implement a compelling product vision. You will need to collaborate with Development and Quality assurance as your first port of call, but also Alliances, Product Strategy, Services, Implementers and other Product Leads across the business Key Responsibilities: Hire, lead, mentor and motivate an outstanding product management team.
