As a Land & New Homes Office Co-ordinator, you will be working in their thriving Land & New Homes department building relationships with existing Developer clients and advising them on market activity. Land & New Homes Office Coordinator – Theydon Bois - £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience My client a well know estate agents is looking for a hardworking, highly organised Land and New Homes Coordinator based in Theydon Bois. As a Land & New Homes Office Co-ordinator, you will be working in their thriving Land & New Homes department building relationships with existing Developer clients and advising them on market activity. You will be responsible for the smooth administrative running of the department assisting the team with marketing assets, arranging letters to land owners and tracking planning activity within our region. Responsibilities: Provide an efficient administrative and secretarial service Helping keep the branch in order, helping with valuation letters, terms of business and Maintaining the database. Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with our front office teams Sourcing contact information for potential new clients Building pricing reports and pitch documents to help win new business Onboarding new developments, by arranging marketing assets and carrying out AML checks Build relationships with staff at the branch level together with our suppliers and marketing agencies Co-ordinate data collection from internal and external sources Undertake front-line telephone support Requirements: Previous admin experience is preferable Excellent communication skills Organised A strong work ethic A positive attitude A readiness to learn Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 d. o. e Hours: Office.
