Our target group are Indigenous, Immigrants and Youth. We are Creative Empowerment Association located in Vancouver-BC. What we do is to help and support individuals and teams (communities) and organizations for their Accountability Management skills and to empower them to make more impactful decisions and increase opportunities with their employment experiences. Our focus of attention is on delivering tailored training and providing coaching and mentoring sessions to help them to cultivate Growth mindset and build more resilience in a longer term. If you believe this is aligned with your value system welcome a aboard and share your information with us to create more impact together. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential grant opportunities for the organization Write compelling grant proposals and applications to secure funding Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for grant applications Ensure timely submission of grant proposals and reports Maintain a database of grants, deadlines, and reporting requirements Monitor and track progress of funded projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders Writing and submission of grant proposals Federal and Provincial Experience working on peer-to-peer fundraising events Be able to identify the financial needs and the cost prior to the project Skills: Excellent research skills to identify relevant grant opportunities 4-years and above of progressive fundraising experience preferred in the relevant areas Strong written communication skills to effectively convey the organization's mission and goals in grant proposals Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support grant applications Proficiency in using databases and other resources to gather information.
