Job Title: EPMO Project Manager Job location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Full time with Benefits Key Responsibilities: Supports technology projects or technical workstreams within a broader project or program Develops implements and monitors project plans Contributes expertise to major project work, achievements and required tasks. Provides insight on standard processes and common obstacles based on prior experiences Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure strategies are aligned together with the overall department and business requirements. Communicates' project status and issues regularly to partners, including leaders team members and senior managers. Builds and supports effective relationships and influences key decisions across partner groups. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project partners. Proactively identifies manages and mitigates risks and any related issues on technology projects. Communicates' solutions on key issues to the management and partners to acquire their input and agreement as appropriate. Required Skills: 5 to 7 years of working experience as an EPMO Project Manager and can independently manage projects of large size and complexity with minimal mentorship from the program managers. Proficiency in MS Project and other MS office suite of products, such as Power Point, Excel, Word and Visio. Proficiency in reporting project progress through dashboard presentations, project metrics, trend analysis and executive reporting. Good working experience in EPMO, PMO organization structure and knows project management standard methodologies. Self starter with good communication and presentation skills, along with relationship building and strategic planning skills. Strong time management goals setting and task prioritization abilities.
