We are seeking an e Commerce Operations Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer team! Reporting into the e Commerce, Sales & Communications Manager, the e Commerce Operations Specialist will support the planning of e Commerce online strategy, support the digital shelf activities for winery websites, and help develop content that is on-brand, engaging and revenue generating. In addition, they will support email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, support digital campaigns and asset requirements as well as maintain the annual ecommerce communications calendar. The role provides a positive impact to our business by ensuring our winery estate online shops & brands deliver a memorable and loyalty generating online shopping experience. We are looking for a teammate with: Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or other secondary education preferred but not required. 1 year of e Commerce or digital experience. Understanding of site merchandising, user experience, product content, online campaigns and emails associated with a top online retailer. Previous experience with a retailer, e Commerce store, CPG or wine is considered an asset. Detailed problem solver able to creatively troubleshoot issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to adjust communication style to suit different levels of the organization.
