Job Title: After School Nanny Job Type: Part-Time (6 hours per week)Salary: £16-£18 gross per hour Location: Ormskirk, Lancashire Start Date 2nd January 2024Happy Nest is a leading Nanny & Maternity agency, currently seeking an experienced and reliable After School Nanny to join a lovely family in Ormskirk, Lancashire. The Nanny will be responsible for caring for two children - a boy aged 4 and a girl aged 7. The job requires the Nanny to work Monday, Tues & Thursday , 3.30pm - 5.30pm, and will involve helping the children with their homework, preparing dinner, and collecting their daughter from after-school clubs every Monday in nearby Crosby. Responsibilities: Picking up the children from school Helping the children with their homework Preparing dinner for the children Engaging the children in stimulating activities Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children Light housekeeping related to the children Requirements: Previous experience as an Nanny or childcarer Experience caring for children of a similar age Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A valid driver's licence and own vehicle- mileage will be paid Enhanced DBS on the update service - agency can assist. Paediatric First aid Salary & Hours: The salary for this position is £16-£18 gross per hour This is a temp part-time position, 6 hours per week to cover existing nanny's maternity leave for three months from January 2nd 2024 until the end of February 2024 ( not required during Feb half term) If you are a nurturing and reliable Nanny who enjoys working with children and has the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
