Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, Operations Manager, Dental Practice, Dental, Manager, Clinic Dental Practice Manager Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire Salary: £35k - £38k + Excellent Benefits Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 40 Hours The Client: Our client is a well - established dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care while offering a wide range of dental services, both through the NHS and privately. The Role: As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing the management responsibilities to ensure the Practice operates effectively while upholding CQC, GDC, and NHS standards. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality management services encompassing practice finance, personnel, health and safety, stock control, and clinical governance. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on financial, administrative, and service-related matters. Supervise all non-dentist, non-hygienist, and non-therapist staff in clinical matters. Maintain comprehensive staff records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CPD. Lead investigations and handle disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed. Maintain an organised filing system for accounts, encompassing both paid and unpaid invoices. Prepare weekly cash reports and authorise expenses for direct reports. Handle payroll administration for ancillary staff. Manage the maintenance and repairs of practice fixtures, fittings, and furnishings. Oversee patient records and IT systems. Monitor and meet practice targets, including UDAs and private objectives. Ensure compliance with GDC, HTM 01-05, NHS, and CQC guidelines. Requirements: Previously worked as a Practice Manager, Dental Operations Manager or in a similar role. At least 1 year experience in Medical Practice Management Prior experience in a UK dental practice and cost control.
