They provide services to both private clients and Legal Aid cases. The Role: They are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor /Legal Executive to join their Family law team. Your role involves composing and lodging court applications, crafting witness statements, and assembling court documentation. Responsibilities: Preparing and filing court applications and organizing court documents. Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Collaborating with legal counsel and experts as needed. Managing the invoicing process. Requirements: Familiarity with family law. Demonstrated capability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism. Displaying a proactive, self-driven approach and a strong commitment to work. Excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
