We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will contribute to the overall success of the Digital Payments in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, whilst complying with the governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This role will be focused on merchant services, and the product manager will be responsible for building best in class products in person to merchant payment space. Is this role right for you? Champions a customer focused culture to build frictionless, secure and transparent payment experiences and contribute towards improving the Product KPIs Guides problem discovery to develop a deep understanding, within the team, of our customer needs, competitor offerings, market and industry trends, and regulatory changes. Exemplifies an entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity and ownership to explore the unknowns and solve for all aspects of the product like customer experience, fraud, speed, and scalability. Provides thorough oversight on the delivery of projects within the portfolio. Collaborates closely with key partners like business, design and engineering partners to come up with solutions, define product requirements, prioritize features, and align on timelines. Owns the business line relationship with key business stakeholders, including executive leadership (SVP & VP), ensuring that their requirements are translated into the right products and journeys. Manages expectations with effective communication. Work closely with compliance & other control functions, while always negotiating and pushing for the benefit of good customer experience & high business value Works with analytics to define,.
