The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Under the general direction of the Manager of Diagnostic Services (or designate), the incumbent: Performs and assists radiologists and other physicians in the performance of routine radiological procedures such as general duty, lithotripsy, central line, pacemaker insertions, fluoroscopy, and OR. Assists and/or relieves the in special procedures such as in the OR and fluoroscopy, as required. Experience Previous related experience preferred. Victoria General Hospital has a mandate to provide service in French; preference will be given to bilingual (French/English) candidates. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Imaging Technology. Successful completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists certification exam (CAMRT). Active registration with CAMRT. Certification/Licensure/Registration Successful completion of an accredited Medical Imaging Technology Program, eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (C.
