Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimise production processes. Work closely with senior engineers to develop and implement new manufacturing methods. Gain exposure to various manufacturing processes, with a focus on welding, automated robot welding, pressing, and body in white processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent, alternatively, completion of an engineering apprenticeship with relevant experience. Exposure to manufacturing processes through internships, placements, or previous roles. Familiarity with welding, automated robot welding, pressing, or body in white processes is highly desirable.
