Principal Accountabilities: Support the Line Manager in implementing Company policies, procedures, and standards. Complete Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to schedule with proper documentation. Rectify defects while meeting safety and performance standards. Perform routine maintenance work on mechanical systems. Supervise specialist contractors and ensure compliance with client and Company requirements. Liaise with the Helpdesk to respond to urgent maintenance tasks promptly. Maintain good housekeeping and represent Company professionally. Person Specification: ONC / OND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant discipline. Proven experience in a building services environment.
