The services also support women within the criminal justice system, many of whom have been victims of violence and abuse. Are you a highly skilled individual who can lead a team of advocates delivering high-quality services to victims Are you motivated with experience of working with adults and /or those who have experienced trauma and abuse Do you have good interpersonal skills, compassion, and understanding of the complexities of abuse and know how to meet targets If you are self-driven, compassionate and hardworking with lots of ambition we would love to hear from you. Job Title: Regional Domestic Abuse Service Manager Position available: 1 full-time position, 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours per day, covering Sandwell, Dudley & Walsall Salary: £31,697.19 - £34,345Closing date: 6 December 2023Interview date: 18 December 2023BCWA reserve the right to close this advertisement early if sufficient applications are received.
