The Role: As a Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximising profitability through effective sales control and overseeing various aspects of the business to ensure its success. Responsibilities: Managing used cars within the 90-day company aging policy. Adhering to the Keyloop process for streamlined operations. Conducting daily team meetings to foster collaboration and communication. Sending VIV Citnow videos to incoming leads when applicable. Maintaining staffing rotas to ensure the showroom is adequately staffed. Exercising control over sales personnel and conducting regular performance reviews. Complying with FCA Regulations and Automotive Compliance Procedures. Requirements: Previously worked as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or in a similar role. Experience in an automotive industry. Understanding of FCA regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
