How You Will Make an Impact As a Senior Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a pivotal member of an interdisciplinary team. Your role will encompass leadership and active participation in fostering a dynamic environment that bolsters the dignity and quality of life for our clients. You will manage and supervise Program Managers, oversee program delivery of services that support the work of Good Shepherd, development, and evaluation, and ensure the provision of quality mental health/substance use/addictions programming. This is a multifaceted position that requires a candidate who is passionate about this work, and can consistently uphold the organization's mission and values across all responsibilities. You will deliver dignified, culturally competent services that are firmly rooted in an anti-racism and anti- oppression framework. You will provide leadership in the management of day-to-day operations. Addressing any concerns or complaints in a positive, constructive and timely manner is essential, as is the ability to recruit, retain, and manage staff in a way that reflects the core values of the organizatio n. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based practices and measurement-based care, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
