This position is based in Revelstoke, BC. Job Summary Reporting to the Superintendent, the Asphalt Foreman directs and manages all on-site construction workers, subcontractors and equipment, enforcing the company’s direction, policies, procedures and safety standards, while meeting construction deadlines. This position is a working foreman, who works alongside the crew. Main Responsibilities • Ensure the sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews. • Ensure materials and equipment is available and organized. • Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors, and equipment. • Represent the company professionally in the community and maintain ongoing good business relationship with customer base and suppliers. • Read and interpret project plans and specifications. • Review.
