Restaurant Project Manager - Hotel Group FTCLocation: London Salary: £60,000 pro-rata Contract: 6-Months The Restaurant Project Manager will ideally have experience within the Hospitality F&B Sector either from restaurants or hotels, and a great track record of delivering projects. The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team with the goal to understand and demonstrate if, how, and by what value the investment in people, training, promotion, proposition and operational processes can improve the overall commercial, operational and customer performance across the hotel F&B outlets. You will be working closely with the F&B Project team and reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders in the business on the programme’s performance and drive.
