We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of an Administrator , on a 2- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Responsibilities: This will be for the Directorate of Environment and Housing Services, Waste Management, Highways, Parks and Grounds Maintenance and Leisure. Dealing with CRM system for the service area Taking minutes at meetings including disciplinary meetings. Liaising with senior officers and organsing appointments in calendars. Preparation of letters (typing, cutting and pasting into templates) as well as deadline monitoring, some consultation work/background research (collecting data/website searches etc.) liaison with colleagues, preparation of spreadsheets (basic functions). Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
