Job Purpose Provide financial leadership and controllership for the full P&L of the VC Western European Cluster. Serve as key business partner to the Western European Managing Director and Management Team helping to shape strategy and providing financial advice and support to enable decision making. As Business Unit Finance, provide guidance to the shared service of the Finance organization as part of the J&J 3-Tier model. Provide EMEA FD support in framing planning cycles and reviews. To provide financial advice and proactive support to the Vision Regional Office Groups including Global. Support regional strategic infrastructure projects as Finance Lead. Ensure Coaching and Development of Finance team Job Scope Geographic Scope: Western Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Be Nelux) Sales Target Vision Care Northern Cluster (2023 Latest Estimate in millions of USD): $280MM Employees: 5 Responsibility Collaborate with senior management to influence and shape business decisions. End-to-End Management of P&L and Balance Sheet for Western European Cluster Cluster Lead organization to achieve financial commitments. Proactively implements scenario plans to react quickly on changing business dynamics. • Ensures full transparency of financial performance Lead and provide financial guidance for the business planning process for the region, which includes the annual detailed Business Plan and official quarterly updates and year-end latest estimates High performance team and be responsible for talent development; Lead the JJ Vision culture by displaying appropriate Credo based behaviours.
