Legal Secretary (Personal Injury)Doncaster Salary - DOE Full time Simpson Judge are currently representing a dynamic Law Firm to continue their success and expansion. They are looking for a Person Injury Legal Secretary to join their Dispute Resolution department team, the ideal applicant must have experience in assisting with personal injury cases inside and outside the portal and from exit until trial. The Role includes: Taking initial and ongoing instructions Drafting with Claims Notification Forms Obtaining and reviewing medical reports Drafting schedule of loss Formulating offers Reviewing offers Dealing with Stage 2 settlement packs Issuing proceedings Drafting briefs to counsel Attending conferences and interviewing clients where necessary Preparing bundles of documents for court hearings Drafting legal documents Reviewing files The ideal candidate: Previous experience working within legal, preferably Personal Injury Strong administration/secretarial experience in a legal environment Must be able to audio type Proficient in Microsoft Office If you are interested in applying for this role, contact Beth at Simpson Judge.
