The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective client relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of both soft and hard services contracts, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective client relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate existing soft and hard services contracts, providing KPIs and SLAs. Manage day-to-day operations of contracts, including cleaning, vending, catering, and contractor management. Produce accurate contract performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis. Generate helpdesk-related reports and communicate completed and planned works to client departments. Provide day-to-day FM operational support to the client, addressing client liaison and managing complaints. Deal with subcontractor and supplier inquiries, ensuring compliance with Company's and the client's contractor management systems. Assist in overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling. Ensure adherence to legislative and local Health and Safety regulations. Identify opportunities to increase the scope of client delivery.
