Telesales Executive – IT Sales Hybrid role We are looking for Telesales executives for a specialist Telesales company who work exclusively within the IT sector. Even if you dont have any experience but posses a great personality and love speaking with people this role will be ideal for you This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office in Wiltshire and two days from home. This is a lovely opportunity to work and build your career with a great team in a fun and informal environment with a company located in an extremely picturesque historic market town just on the outskirts of the City of Bath. This role can be temp, temp to permanent or permanent. The temp rate is £11p/h + commission and the salary is £20K. +Commission. The commission is very generous and achievable and is uncapped so there is no limit to what you can earn. This is a hybrid role so you would be working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and from home on Monday and Friday The hours will be Monday – Thursday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, 4.00 pm finish on Fridays, 34 hours per week This is the ideal role for an outgoing and enthusiastic candidate with some telesales/telemarketing experience, looking to further their career within a dynamic and leading company. We are proud to be an employee-owned company A background or experience within a telesales/outbound-calling and B2B environment would be an advantage but most importantlyh, you will have an outgoing, confident personality and love enagaing with people You need to be a target driven go-getter with the ambition to succeed, be proactive and enthusiastic. Your days will be varied as the telesales team work on a variety of campaigns and communicate with all levels of people on a daily basis. Your objective as part of the telesales team is to, • Undertake outbound calling, across all spectrums from cold calling, to nurturing warm leads. • Develop and nurture business relationships with the end goal being securing an appointment.
