Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced product professional for a newly created Senior Product Manager role in their Everyday Banking division, who will deliver a cutting-edge technology for their SME clients. Key Accountabilities: Working collaboratively the Head of Product and cross functional teams to create and deliver a competitive transactional banking proposition for the SME market. Monitoring and enhancing the product performance following its launch Providing input into commercial arrangements as required Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Payments and Financial Crime Solution Providers. Ensuring the pricing strategies set are competitive and closely monitored. Working closely with the Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all obligations are considered Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements that impact SMEs, adapting strategies and initiatives accordingly. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering an environment conducive to creativity and teamwork. Your story so far: Proven experience in payments and cards management in the SME Sector Very Important Strong track record in product development from ideation to market launch Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services; Fintech or Payments experience is also highly desirable. .
