The Role: As a Re-mortgage Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role leading and managing a team for efficient and excellent re-mortgage case handling. Responsibilities: Guide, support, and mentor a team of at least six re-mortgage case managers. Monitor team performance, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Conduct regular meetings for progress discussions, addressing challenges, and providing feedback. Coordinate with other departments for streamlined workflows and improved communication. Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement effective solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to re-mortgage processes. Requirements: Previously worked as a Re-mortgage Team Leader or in a similar role. Possess 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in leading a team of re-mortgage case managers. Understanding of re-mortgage processes and regulations. Excellent leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating a team. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
