Harper May is currently working with a high growth professional services company, who are in search of a proficient Billing Analyst to become a valuable part of our accounting department, responsible for managing the company's billing processes. Their goal is to support the growth of individuals, teams, and whole organizations in the life sciences industry through tailored workforce solutions, and staffing services. Key Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst Include: Generating and dispatching invoices Supervising accounts receivable and financial transactions Handling new contracts and sales activities Collaborating with other teams to ensure billing accuracy Assisting customers with inquiries and complaints Managing customer account reconciliations Crafting analytical reports for presentation to senior management Participating in monthly and quarterly audits and cleanup efforts Identifying and resolving billing operation errors and related issues Qualifications for a Billing Analyst: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role Proficiency in electronic billing procedures through practical experience Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Familiarity with databases and SQLStrong communication and teamwork abilities Effective organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and capability to meet tight deadlines A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in accounting or a related field.
