The successful candidate is required to work in accordance with our company values: Caring, safety, integrity, excellence, team spirit and financial responsibility. Are you a passionate hospitality professional and seeking the opportunity to lead a team of hospitality enthusiasts? Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Develop and execute the annual strategic operations plan and budget that aligns with the company's strategic master plan. Ensuring budgeted sales and seasonal (April 1 to Oct 31) operational objectives are met through the planning & development. Maintain employee communication across the property to ensure goals and objectives are understood and exceeded. Financially monitor all departments including: Golf operations, Turf Care, Luxury Lodging (20 rooms / 4 cabins), Maintenance, Food and Beverage and Staff Accommodation.
