The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Under the general direction of the Manager Health Services, the incumbent is responsible for: Caseload management for outpatients and day hospital patients. backsses and treats patients who are in crisis or have personality disorders. Leads or co-leads psycho-educational and psychotherapy groups, participates in educational activities and ongoing quality monitoring. Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience. Experience with case management, individual therapy, and group psychoeducation or psychotherapy in a mental health setting preferred. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Professional qualifications with a degree in one of the following disciplines is required: Social Work - Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Canadian Association of Schools of Social Work (CASSW) accredited school/facility of social work. Occupational Therapy - Entry-to-practice academic credential in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Canadian university program or the approved equivalent if internationally educated as determined by the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM).
