About the Team The Field Pricing Manager will play a key role on Workday's Pricing team, focusing on the field-facing activities of Saa S pricing; including deal specific support, global commercial strategy, enablement activities, instructional content creation, new product support and performance analytics. You'll be challenged to execute on both tactical and strategic initiatives; such as assisting in tier-2 deal support one minute and then introducing negotiation strategy to our global sales team the next. Cross functional partnership is key as you'll partner with stakeholders from across the organization to accomplish critical objectives. About the Role Key Responsibilities: Support sales teams (including sales leadership) and revenue operations on deal pricing strategy during negotiation cycles Conduct analysis on commercial selling performance; including trend analysis, data model construction and recommendations for impactful.
