The Business Development team is charged with developing new business opportunities in Canada and around the globe and expanding current program offerings to a broader audience. The Associate Director reports to and works closely with the Director, Business Development with primary responsibility for the following areas: Strategic Development and Growth: Based on an in-depth knowledge and analysis of market conditions and consumer needs domestically and internationally, determines organizations and markets where business development investment is likely to have maximum impact. Is charged with achieving target revenues and margins for individual programs. Partnership and Business Development: prepares business development plans and budgets; identifies, pursues and optimizes new and existing relationships with client organizations; engages in complex business and price negotiations. Crafts winning proposals and presentations and offers guidance and support to help team members do the same Relationship Management: Represents Rotman EP at client.
